Iso-Lateral Front Lat Pulldown, 82004, is a great machine to add to your gym. It works the lats and back. To use it properly user’s need to select preferred weight, adjust the pad to be just on top of their legs, grab the handles with palms facing away and bring them down. This lat pulldown targets the latissimus dorsi or the “lats,” which is the muscle just under the armpits and spreading across and down the back.
