Vibe ensures that all our products are manufactured to comply with the highest standards applicable to commercial grade gym equipment and gym accessories. Vibe products are of durable quality and are meant to be used extensively in a commercial gym setting. 

Naturally, gym accessories do have a finite life because of normal wear and tear considerations. All Vibe products are  guaranteed to be free of workmanship flaws or material damage. 

In case of any genuine claims of damage in the product, Vibe will issue a credit note to cover the value of such products subject to below-mentioned conditions:

• The warranty periods commence immediately after delivery to the customer.
• The warranty for a product can be claimed only within the warranty period.
• Report any defects to us through our email info@vibefit.net within 10 days of discovering them.
• Any parts or items replaced or repaired under warranty will only be considered for warranty again within the original warranty period that started after the purchase of the original product. 
• To claim under this warranty, the buyer must notify Vibe or their local dealer within thirty days after discovering the defect. The customer should share the following via email: images of the defective product along with relevant Vibe invoice details. Vibe or a Vibe dealer will inspect the defective if the condition is unaltered and there is valid proof of purchase.
• This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident or damage caused by ordinary wear and tear during use, misuse, improper service, or non-Vibe modification.
• You consent to be bound by the following warranty terms and conditions: Vibe is the sole decision maker regarding resolving all warranty claims.
