Vibe ensures that all our products are manufactured to comply with the highest standards applicable to commercial-grade gym equipment and gym accessories. Our products are of durable quality and are designed for extensive use in a commercial gym setting.

Naturally, gym accessories have a finite life because of normal wear and tear. All Vibe products are guaranteed to be free of workmanship flaws or material damage.
In the case of genuine claims of damage, Vibe will issue a credit note to cover the value of such products, subject to the conditions below:

• The warranty periods commence immediately after delivery to the customer.

• The warranty for a product can only be claimed within the warranty period.

• Report any defects to us via email at info@vibefit.net within 10 days of discovering them.

• To claim under this warranty, the buyer must notify Vibe (or their local dealer) within 30 days after discovering the defect. The customer should share the following via email: images of the defective product along with relevant Vibe invoice details. Vibe (or the dealer) will inspect the defective product if the condition is unaltered and there is valid proof of purchase.

• This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents or damage caused by normal wear-and-tear during use, misuse, improper service, or modification.

• The “Frame” warranty coverage also applies to benches and racks; that is, the structural frame of benches and racks is covered under the same terms as the steel framework for strength equipment.
