Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges

  • A full refund or exchange will be initiated if the returned item is in pristine condition.
  • The warehouse management in Lahore will assess and decide on the condition of the returned item.
  • On receipt of a faulty item, the customer should not accept the product and send video and photos of the product to the Vibe Business WhatsApp Number: 03087777934.

Return Process

  • Customers must return the item to our Lahore Warehouse at their own expense.
  • The return transport costs and risks are on the customer’s account only.
  • Items should be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
  • Items returned without packaging may or may not be returned for a full refund.
  • Vibe management’s decision in this regard will be considered full and final. 

Initiating Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds or exchanges will be initiated once the returned item is received and inspected at the Lahore Warehouse.
  • The approved refund will be processed and funds will be returned to the customer’s preferred Pakistani bank account/credit card number.
  • Breakage claims from clients are accepted only at the time of delivery to the customer and not afterward.
  • Return requests are entertained only if the client initiates such a request within two weeks of receipt of goods. Any returns claims received after 2 weeks of delivery will not be entertained.
  • In case of any damage to the product, no refund will be issued by the company.
